Delivery Institution
The designated delivery institution is the organization designated by QME to provide warehousing services for the physical delivery of spot commodities, including the designated delivery warehouse and the designated delivery factory warehouse.
The designated delivery institution shall arrange the production (if applicable), shipment (if applicable), warehouse entry (if applicable) and exit and custody of commodities in a timely manner in accordance with the Business Rules of QME and accept QME’s supervision and management.
The designated delivery institution shall charge the relevant fees in accordance with the chargeable items, charging standards (maximum limit) and charging methods announced by QME. The specific fees shall be as otherwise agreed in the warehousing service contract signed between the designated delivery institutions and the storing party.
